(UtopiaSilver.com) Currently bread is blamed for most of our digestive ills, which are rampant with a variety of autoimmune diseases, Crohn’s, IBS, and more. Now we have the gluten free rage, similar to the low or no fat craze that created more problems than it solved. But even with all the concerns about bread and gluten issues, there is a way to have your bread and eat it too.
Slowly, more are becoming aware of the importance of fats in our diets while recognizing that sugar is responsible for obesity and hear health issues more than fat. The processed food industry did benefit the most from the fat foibles. So how will the gluten free fad pan out? Soon even bottled water labels will be flashing “gluten free” at passing shoppers.
Well, I for one don’t want to be without my daily bread. So I looked into the wheat-grain-gluten issues and discovered ways to eat healthy bread. I’ll share what I’ve learned with my vested interest in consuming bread and butter or ghee without acquiescing to the gluten free hysteria that, like it’s low and no fat predecessor, wound up creating more crap food like substances than improving the national diet.
